Refund Policy

There are no refunds given on digital products or services of any kind, including tarot and oracle readings as they are energy work and can be very taxing on me as your reader.

What kind of cards do you use?

For my readings I use a combination of tarot and oracle cards with various art styles. If you prefer to have only tarot or only oracle for your reading, feel free to let me know that in your order notes!

 

My tools include modern decks with ethnic, gender, age and body diversity in their imagery, as well as some classical-theme decks and, of course, the Rider Waite Smith.

 

Some of these are pictured in the photos of each listing and I have many more in my studio.

How long are your readings?

For The VIP Tarot Reading, the messages that come through determine the length of your personal reading. They average 45 minutes to 1 hour.

 

The Essential Reading is 15 minutes long.

How do I get my reading?

Since my clients tend to be incredibly busy people, I video record my readings for you to watch at your own leisure. The recording is yours to keep for as long as you want. You also receive an audio recording and PDF for easy future reference.

 

I'll send all 3 files to you at once using a service called WeTransfer.

Can I schedule a live VIP in-person session with you?

Live, yes. In-person, no. If you would prefer to have a phone session with me instead of receiving the video, audio, and PDF files, specify that in your order notes. Once your order is placed, I'll send you a link to my calendar so you can choose the time that works best for your schedule.

 

Your live session will consist solely of our phone call and you will not receive the mp4, mp3 or PDF files that are delivered to clients who select the recorded reading.

 

This is for The VIP Tarot Reading only. The Essential Reading is exclusively delivered as recorded video or audio.

Is it possible to see or hear your reading style before I order?

Absolutely, I've uploaded a video specifically for that to my YouTube channel and it has a sampling of 4 of the different types of readings I offer.
